Back in August Liesel and Kade took advantage of a discount I was promoting and took some pre-engagement portraits. They didn't want me to share these fantastic images until their engagement was official. Well, it's official! Congrats you two! I'm so excited to share your wonderful images :)

During Thanksgiving week I photographed Rachel and Matt's engagements! They both live in a difference state, but since they were visiting family in Utah they thought it'd be fun to have their engagements taken while they were here!

A couple of weeks ago I photographed Alex and Adam's engagements up the canyon! It was a little darker and cooler than my shoot there a couple days prior, but the photos still turned out fabulous!

A little over a week ago I photographed Jessica and Bobby, who are a very darling couple by the way. They picked a location around Utah Lake and we found some fun areas to work with! The two things they wanted were photos in a green field and the mountains in the background. I'm so glad we were able to capture both!

Earlier this week I photographed Angeleena and Cory's engagements. They loved the sunset photos I've done at The Great Salt Lake, so that's where we went! They're such a cute couple and I really enjoyed my time with them.

This past weekend I photographed Kristen and Andrew's engagements! They picked a location in American Fork that I haven't photographed at before. It was a fresh breath of air learning a new location and discovering fun places to shoot :)

Last week I photographed an absolutely adorable couple! I hope I didn't weird them out by saying how cute they were... multiple times. ha! The location was VERY busy and popular this particular day, yet somehow we managed to keep all the brides and photographers out of their shots. Here's what we got!

After Krista and Shane's engagements in Provo we headed out to The Great Salt Lake to take some gorgeous sunset portraits! When Krista told me she was a dancer I was beyond excited. I've seen so many beautiful dancing portraits, so I was thrilled to finally have a chance to get some of my own!

Friday I met up with Krista and Shane to take some amazing engagement portraits! I met Krista about 6 or 7 years ago when we lived in the same apartment complex in Provo. I've even done a couple of shoots of her for school assignments and when she was competing in pageants. I'm so excited to be photographing her wedding photos! They did a two location shoot.. this is the first location (hence the 1) :) I'll post the 2nd location a little later!

Yesterday I had a fun time with this cute, giggly couple while photographing their engagements! I photographed Julianne's brother's wedding in 2007 and their family portraits last year. It's so great working with returning clients!

My second shoot in California this past weekend was of Ellen and Avani. I met Ellen my senior year of high school. We played the xylophone together in drum line :) I could probably post some pretty silly photos of us from 7 years ago, but I've opted not to this time around!! I will be traveling down to Bakersfield again next month for their wedding. So excited for them!!

This past weekend I photographed some killer engagements of my cousin and his absolutely stunning fiance! David is from Washington, so we've rarely seen each other growing up. He and Mandy are both going to school in Idaho and were so excited to come down to Utah for a shoot with yours truly :) They loved SO many locations I've photographed at, but we narrowed it down to 3 fantastic spots! 5 hours and 500 photographs later here's the amazingness we captured...

This past weekend while I was in California for my baby brother's wedding I got to photograph Schuyler and Catherine's engagements! I've known Sky for quite a few years and I've even photographed his band Lost Ocean a few times as well! I was so excited when they asked me to be their wedding photographer. I'll be back down there for their wedding in Templeton next month and I can't wait!! Anyway, we came up with some fun ideas and here's what we got...

From the very beginning Nicole told me she wanted unique engagements. She's a fun outgoing gal and wanted something you don't see too often. I sent her some ideas and told her props make a big difference when wanting something unique. So what did we come up with??! Balloons and snowboards!

Saturday I headed up to Salt Lake to photograph Kassidy and Richard's engagements. They are such a sweet, bubbly and happy couple. Totally a pleasure to work with! :)

This past weekend I photographed John and Amanda's engagements. I must say, I LOOOVE how they turned out! I've been wanting to photograph in an orchard for quite some time now. I drove around from Kaysville to Provo in search of the PERFECT location . . . .
and I found it :)

Monday I photographed Kyle and Sarah's engagements. I LOVE how they turned out! It was a rainy day, but that didn't stop us. We just went out and got an adorable purple polka dot umbrella!

Yesterday after the Tulett's family photos I headed up Big Cottonwood Canyon to photograph Kimberly and McCall's engagements in the snow!

Saturday I took some amazing engagement portraits of Ashley and Joe!

Last night I photographed Kristy and Mitch's engagements by The Great Salt Lake. I ended up with 17 bug bites, but I'll do whatever it takes to get great shots like these!!

Friday I photographed Chalece and Wesley's engagements. They were so darling together. I really enjoyed working with the two and can't wait for their wedding in October!

This last Friday I headed downtown to photograph Maria and Anthony's engagement photos. She looked through all my engagement portraits and loved everything about Memory Grove and photos by The Great Salt Lake. So we photographed at both locations! Lucky the weather was on our side the entire evening :)

This past Saturday I photographed Jordan and Diego's Engagements. Jordan told me they didn't want your typical engagement photo and liked the idea of graffiti. I gave them a couple of options and they decided to go with Saltair.

Yesterday I photographed Jana and Barney's engagements. Their wedding is going to be in California, so we decided on Utah Lake to help give the photos that beachy theme they're going for!

Today I photographed Elizabeth and Andrew's engagement photos. After looking through Ex Machina's band portraits taken at the Salt Lake City Library, Elizabeth decided that was where she wanted their engagements taken!

Monday evening I photographed Heather and Peter for their engagement photos. Heather loved the idea of sunset photos and thought Saltair would be the perfect location.

Yesterday I headed to The Gallivan Center to photograph David and Lindsay's engagements. It was wet, cold and rainy, but that didn't hold us back. The photos turned out beautifully!!

Rachel and Jordan are anything BUT your typical couple, and are proud of it! Rachel is your crazy hair stylist with an extremely artistic edge and Jordan is your talented musician who knows anything and everything that has to do with sound, mixing, recording and playing outstanding music. Both are music and movie junkies that love to base their life around bands with an acquired sound and old fashion movies. As for their engagement location.. they chose the infamous areas around The Great Saltair. More amazing photos of them are posted on the engagement section of my website.

Nicole and Weston were married on August 21, 2008 and I love EVERYTHING about their photos. We agreed on great locations for the engagements and bridals, and their wedding location was just gorgeous! I like so many of their photos, I'm having to keep myself from posting or showing them off everywhere.

Malea & Jammal were married on August 17, 2008 and are such a sweet couple.
