I had plans to photograph the Meads family this weekend, but with another storm headed our way we changed the day! Here are my top picks from yesterdays shoot :)

Back in June I photographed Lindsay and David's wedding and was so excited to take their family portraits today as well!

This past Friday I photographed the Chezik family. Their youngest son just got back from his mission and it was the first time they've all been together in a couple of years. Here are a few of my favorites from the shoot...

This last Friday I headed downtown to photograph Maria and Anthony's engagement photos. She looked through all my engagement portraits and loved everything about Memory Grove and photos by The Great Salt Lake. So we photographed at both locations! Lucky the weather was on our side the entire evening :)

Monday I drove up to Memory Grove to photograph the Whitehead family. Cheryl told me that one of her daughters and her family are moving on short notice and she wanted to get family portraits taken before they left.

My finial shoot of the weekend was of the Meier family. We decided on Memory Grove, which I soon realized looks amazing in photographs no matter the season!

My third and finial shoot of Saturday was of Shelley, Braun and Grey. Shelley told me that she found my site by doing a search on Google for family photographers in SLC. I felt special when she told me she went through so many photographers before choosing me!

This past Saturday I took some amazing portraits of Kenna and her gorgeous puppy! Kenna found me from an add I posted on KSL (Utah's largest and fastest growing classifieds website). I gave her a few different location options and she chose Memory Grove, which looks fantastic in the fall!

Malea & Jammal were married on August 17, 2008 and are such a sweet couple.

They had their wedding at Tuscany Restaurant in Salt Lake and it was gorgeous!

Daniele and Nathan are such a cute couple! I really enjoyed taking their engagement and wedding day pictures. I just want to recap a little on their engagement photos then we'll move on to their wedding day.

Memory Grove seems to be the popular place for photographs and that is exactly where we took their engagements!

Getting to know the Murray family was so much fun! We met each other during church. When I told her I was a photographer she was so excited to tell me she needed family photos and that it had been years since their last one. When the day came to take their portrait I rode with Rose and her girls to our photography destination point (Memory Grove) while the boys rode together in their dad's truck. Rose kept me entertained with good stories and her funny personality. The story I loved the most was how they became a family. It was almost a Brady Bunch story..minus one son and a maid! They were both previously married and had children. She had 2 daughters and he had 2 sons. Both were divorced and met each other at a church activity and later were married. Then together they had a very darling daughter. They have been a beautiful family for a wonderful 6 years. Here are some of their precious photos.
