This past weekend I photographed John and Amanda's engagements. I must say, I LOOOVE how they turned out! I've been wanting to photograph in an orchard for quite some time now. I drove around from Kaysville to Provo in search of the PERFECT location . . . .
and I found it :)

Monday I photographed Kyle and Sarah's engagements. I LOVE how they turned out! It was a rainy day, but that didn't stop us. We just went out and got an adorable purple polka dot umbrella!

Yesterday after the Tulett's family photos I headed up Big Cottonwood Canyon to photograph Kimberly and McCall's engagements in the snow!

Saturday I took engagements for Richelle and Kyle.

Saturday I took some amazing engagement portraits of Ashley and Joe!

Last night I photographed Kristy and Mitch's engagements by The Great Salt Lake. I ended up with 17 bug bites, but I'll do whatever it takes to get great shots like these!!

Friday I photographed Chalece and Wesley's engagements. They were so darling together. I really enjoyed working with the two and can't wait for their wedding in October!

This last Friday I headed downtown to photograph Maria and Anthony's engagement photos. She looked through all my engagement portraits and loved everything about Memory Grove and photos by The Great Salt Lake. So we photographed at both locations! Lucky the weather was on our side the entire evening :)

This past Saturday I photographed Jordan and Diego's Engagements. Jordan told me they didn't want your typical engagement photo and liked the idea of graffiti. I gave them a couple of options and they decided to go with Saltair.

Yesterday I photographed Jana and Barney's engagements. Their wedding is going to be in California, so we decided on Utah Lake to help give the photos that beachy theme they're going for!

Today I photographed Elizabeth and Andrew's engagement photos. After looking through Ex Machina's band portraits taken at the Salt Lake City Public Library, Elizabeth decided that was where she wanted their engagements taken!

Monday evening I photographed Heather and Peter for their engagement photos. Heather loved the idea of sunset photos and thought Saltair would be the perfect location.

Yesterday I headed to The Gallivan Center to photograph David and Lindsay's engagements. It was wet, cold and rainy, but that didn't hold us back. The photos turned out beautifully!!

A wedding planner here in Utah contacted me and said this "I absolutely LOVE your work!  Your pictures are very unique and absolutely beautiful.  I would love to have you on board as one of my main photography vendors. Could you put together a DVD type portfolio for me? I present my clients with a couple DVD's of photographers that fit what they are looking for and then they make the decision based on that." So here's my video...Enjoy the show!!

Rachel and Jordan are anything BUT your typical couple, and are proud of it! Rachel is your crazy hair stylist with an extremely artistic edge and Jordan is your talented musician who knows anything and everything that has to do with sound, mixing, recording and playing outstanding music. Both are music and movie junkies that love to base their life around bands with an acquired sound and old fashion movies. As for their engagement location.. they chose the infamous areas around The Great Saltair. More amazing photos of them are posted on the engagement section of my website.

Tamisha and Ross came to me for their engagement photos. They have been moving around and living in a few different states for his work. So they will be having the wedding in their original home town and state. And although they're getting married sometime next year, they wanted to get a jump start on their engagements!

I gave Tamisha some location ideas and they decided on the International Peace Gardens. It's a gorgeous park, and I think they made the right choice for their fun, goofy and sweet personalities.

Nicole and Weston were married on August 21, 2008 and I love EVERYTHING about their photos. We agreed on great locations for the engagements and bridals, and their wedding location was just gorgeous! I like so many of their photos, I'm having to keep myself from posting or showing them off everywhere.

Malea & Jammal were married on August 17, 2008 and are such a sweet couple.

Daniele and Nathan are such a cute couple! I really enjoyed taking their engagement and wedding day pictures. I just want to recap a little on their engagement photos then we'll move on to their wedding day.

Memory Grove seems to be the popular place for photographs and that is exactly where we took their engagements!

This month has been a VERY busy month for me. So far I have photographed 4 out of 5 weddings, family photos and baby portraits.
I have decided to start doing a little spotlight on each new shoot. This way you'll get to know a little more details on what when down during the shoot! Not to mention the excitement of knowing MY favorite things about the wedding, the couple, the family and so on. Now lets start!!!

Congrats to Chauny & Chris who were married the 8th of August. A few months ago I photographed my sister in law's sisters engagements, bridals and wedding day. Chauny was one of her bridesmaids. She loved how her photos turned out and came to me for her photographic needs!
