Kyle & Sarah - Utah Open House
Saturday was Kyle and Sarah's Utah Open House / Reception. It was in my church building and my side of the family got together to decorate to the best of our abilities ;) I came up with the center piece ideas (with the help of one of my sister in laws) and the idea for the cake... who our family friend made beautifully! Everything turned out great and we got a lot of compliments. We also had a great time visiting with family members who came from out of state!

I got a lot of compliments on the sign in table. Everyone LOVED the photos of Kyle and Sarah that I photographed! :)

Their wedding colors were apple green and purple. So you better believe I took full advantage of the apple green. We put apples EVERYWHERE! So cute!

And a BIG thanks to Hollee from Emberlily (MY wedding florist) for letting us use her vases for the center pieces!! I loved how they turned out and wouldn't have been able to accomplish it without her help :)

My sister in law Tara did a fabulous job with the food table! Seriously.. look at how amazing that is set up. We served Subs, Strawberries, Grapes, Cream Puffs, and that adorable cake!! We've kinda joked with her neighbor about starting a wedding planning business :)

Dorothy (our family friend who makes cakes) did such a good job with the idea I whipped up for her. I keep throwing cakes her way that she's never made before. What can I say? I like to keep people on their toes! ;) This was my cake that Dorothy made.. I LOVE it to pieces! Not to mention ALL of her cakes taste fabulous!! I think I have a thing for fruit themed cakes.
Kyle and Sarah's final cutting of the cake! After last weekend, the receptions and honeymoon is finally over. Time for real life to begin!
LOVE YOU TWO! xoxo
