Months ago I photographed Jon's senior portraits and was told the family needed a new portrait done in the summer. Well summer finally rolled around and Wednesday evening I headed up the American Fork Canyon to photograph the Atwood family.

After a long, bumpy ride we finally made it to the lake they chose for their photos. It was gorgeous! Ana even came prepared with finishing lines and a cute basket to use as props.

All the family photos on this post were edited with a soft focus. I thought it gave the photos a beautiful dreamy feel :)

There was so much to work with, I'm sure I could have photographed for hours and hours!! I'd love to go back for another shoot.
